行列のできる話題のお店が新キャンパスでもオープンします!2年制各学科では2年次に自分たちがつくったお菓子やパンを販売・提供する「SHOP&CAFE実践」を実施。製造から販売・サービスまで店舗運営に関する全行程を理解し、実践力を養います。

That ever-popular campus shop is also going to open on the new campus! Second-year students in the two-year programs sell their very own confections and baked goods as part of the “SHOP & CAFE Practical Training” initiative. Students learn about the entire process of running a store, from making and selling their own goods to providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business.

施設技術コンクール
全国大会出場!

Ente ring the National
Confectionary Arts
Competition!

全国の製菓衛生師養成施設の学生が製菓技術を競い合い、日本一を決める「第9回全国製菓衛生師養成施設技術コンクールに熊(ユウ イッセイ)さんが出場しました。9月に行われた学内予選から、約5ヵ月間にわたり精力的に練習を繰り返し、努力を重ねた結果が花開き、素晴らしい作品を披露してくれました。

Students from confectionery hygienist training institutions throughout the country showcased their skills and competed for the top spot in the “9th National Confectionery Arts Competition,” including our very own Yu Issey. After being selected in the campus preliminaries in September, she underwent a rigorous training regimen for five months and was able to display the wonderful fruits of her labor at the competition.
