需要排隊引人注目的店舖在新校園也將開張!2年制各學科在第2年實施提供販賣自己製作的糕點和麵包的“SHOP&CAFE實踐”。理解從製作到販賣\服務的店舖經營相關全過程,培養實踐能力。

That ever-popular campus shop is also going to open on the new campus! Second-year students in the two-year programs sell their very own confections and baked goods as part of the “SHOP & CAFE Practical Training” initiative. Students learn about the entire process of running a store, from making and selling their own goods to providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business.

全國大會參賽!

Entering the National
Confectionary Arts
Competition!

熊(You yissei)同學參加了全國的糕點工藝衛生師培育設施的學生比賽糕點製作技術,決出日本第一名的“第9屆全國糕點工藝衛生師培育設施技術競賽”。從9月份舉辦的校內預賽開始 ,前後約5個月時間積極地不斷練習,不懈的努力結出碩果,展示了精彩的作品。

Students from confectionery hygienist training institutions throughout the country showcased their skills and competed for the top spot in the “9th National Confectionery Arts Competition,” including our very own Yu Issey. After being selected in the campus preliminaries in September, she underwent a rigorous training regimen for five months and was able to display the wonderful fruits of her labor at the competition.
