需要排队引人注目的店舖在新校园也将开张!2年制各学科在第2年实施提供贩卖自己制作的糕点和面包的“SHOP&CAFE实践”。理解从制作到贩卖/服务的店舖经营相关全过程,培养实践能力。

That ever-popular campus shop is also going to open on the new campus! Second-year students in the two-year programs sell their very own confections and baked goods as part of the “SHOP & CAFE Practical Training” initiative. Students learn about the entire process of running a store, from making and selling their own goods to providing services to customers and managing all aspects of the business.

全国大会参赛!

Entering the National
Confectionary Arts
Competition!

熊(You yissei)同学参加了全国的糕点工艺卫生师培育设施的学生比赛糕点制作技术,决出日本第一名的“第9届全国糕点工艺卫生师培育设施技术竞赛”。从9月份举办的校内预赛开始 ,前后约5个月时间积极地不断练习,不懈的努力结出硕果,展示了精彩的作品。

Students from confectionery hygienist training institutions throughout the country showcased their skills and competed for the top spot in the “9th National Confectionery Arts Competition,” including our very own Yu Issey. After being selected in the campus preliminaries in September, she underwent a rigorous training regimen for five months and was able to display the wonderful fruits of her labor at the competition.
